Meat Market

The only decent night to hit up PB Bar & Grill is Taco Tuesday, the tacos are great and the prices are even better. But stay away from here on Fri and Sat nights unless you want to view one of San Diego's scummiest meat markets...

Nice lunch place...period

Nice place to have a get together for lunch but after the street lights come on the door Nazis love to give you hell about everything under the sun. Don't even think about going if you don't have the proper credentials. i.e. no out of state IDs they hate foreigners.

SUPER COP GUARD DOGS

The food is good. Service is ok BUT the security guards all have attitude and treat you like dog dodo they just want to scrape of their shoe. The entire experience was not a pleasant one. I recommend going next door to MoonDoggies where the food is great and is served without attitude.

Terrible Treatment

The security guards were unnecessarily rude with me and my friends. I called one over to ask directions and before I could even say anything he tells me that only beautiful women can cut the line and my friends and I should stay where we were. I've been to PB Bar and Grill enough times to know that the bad dj's, slow service, permanent "spring breakers" crowd to know it was not worth being treated like that. My friends and I went over to the Firehouse instead where we had a great time. I guess I should be grateful we were saved from another sub-mediocre night at pb bar and grill.

PB Bar and Grill Sucks

I was told I couldn't get into PB Bar and Grill tonight because I "looked drunk". When I asked the bouncer (and later the manager) to tell me what they thought made me "look drunk", they couldn't give me a reason why- they said that they have the right to refuse service to anyone. I wasn't drunk at all and certainly didn't appear that way-- they only thing I can think of is that we were part of a Pub Crawl that they had been left out of- I think they were trying to find a way to turn away anyone in a Pub Crawl shirt. Don't waste your time with PB Bar and Grill- they're assholes!
