We selected the restaurant based on on-line reviews to celebrate our anniversary. We made reservation for 8:00 PM on a Tuesday. When we arrived (on time) we were told our table is being prepared, but were kept waiting until 8:30 PM. Not exactly the kind of service we expected to get with a reservation. I ordered a steak and asked it to be well done. What I received was an over-cooked steak that was definitely not worth the $40+ price tag. I was hungry and did not want to wait by returning the steak and decided to eat it anyway. Maybe I should have returned it. Otherwise, the rest of the food was OK but not something to rave about. We liked the interior design and ambiance but that would not bring us back after such a disappointing experience with the wait time and the meal itself.

We selected the restaurant because of the variety of menu selections. No one was disappointed. We had an international group and everyone found something they liked and everyone enjoyed their meals. The appetizers and desserts were great as well. The service was great even with the 14 of us. The only downside was the seating arrangement.

I've been hearing about "Thee Bungalow" for years and we finally managed to go. I was not disappointed in the meal or the service, but it wasn't quite as "cozy" as I had imagined. A little too crowded to feel intimate -- however, we may have been in one of the smaller rooms. Overall we loved our experience and definitely plan to go back.
