- 1 1/2 tsp. Onion finely diced
- 1 tsp. granulated garlic or finely diced clove
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
- 1-1 1/2 tsp. Mayo
- 5 oz. Light tuna
- 2 piece(s) whole red peppers
- 2 Tbsp. Olive oil
