Thursday Feb 12, 2009 About the finest dining experience I have ever had. Short wait at the bar, 7 minutes. Got a booth without remembering to ask. Entire restaurant and bar were full, in spite of the recession. No problem with medium rare vs medium well. I ordered lobster entree and my girlfriend ordered lamb chops, which were cooked exactly medium rare, as she ordered. Waite persons were fabulous. Could not possibly have had better service. William was our main waiter, of three. Will definitely go again. Donald Choice and Yvonne Alexander; San Diego
