What is a VIP Restaurant Access?

VIP Access is a service that provide exclusive access to local restaurants during dates and times when a restaurant is typically "fully-booked". We do provide online marketing and reservations for San Diego area restaurants and we always book some extra tables for our VIP Access customers.

What is the VIP Restaurant Access Service Fee?

You can make online reservations through our website at no charge however VIP Access reservations usually have one time processing fee. This processing fees range from $1 to $99 per seat depending on the restaurant, date and time. Customers pay processing fees with a credit card either online or via our call center.

How do I make a VIP Restaurant Access Reservation?

You have to make your VIP Access reservation online or by calling our toll free number (This service is not available by calling the restaurant). Use the search function to find the restaurant, date, time and party size you want. The system will ask you to enter your name, phone, email and credit card info. We give the name and phone number to the restaurant, and we send you an email confirmation.

What happens when I get to the restaurant?

Just give your name to the host/hostess. Your table will be waiting. You do NOT need to call the restaurant to confirm your reservation. You will receive confirmation to your email.

What is the Cancellation & Refund Policy?

You have to always cancel your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance may incur a No-Show service charge of up to $50.00 per person. The VIP Access service fee is a one time non refundable processing fee and cannot be refunded.

How do I cancel my reservation?

All reservations must be cancelled 2 hours prior to your reservation. You have to cancel your reservation by using your online account. Do NOT call the restaurant (The restaurant will not have your name until a few hours before the reservation time). The VIP Access is non-refundable and we or the restaurant will NOT refund the service fee.
