Octopus Garden

The first time here was the first month they were open and was fantastic! the second time left us cold. We ordered Kirin draft and received bottles. We were told that this was draft beer in bottles--a good answer if draft beer wasn't a special that night. Just tell us you're out and that will be okay. The Sushi chef was a latin man that spoke very little English and tried to prepare good sushi and sashimi, but fell short each time. Fine if this had been a lower end place with prices to match, but we paid too much to leave feeling like we'd been scammed. If they ever figure out how they did it right in the beginning, then it might be worth checking out again, but until then, spend your money at a better place.

Went here because of the Entertainment Book 2-for-1 offer. Told the waiter about the discount card. Proceeded to order sushi & happy hour beers. When bill arrives, he tells me that 2-for-1 only applies to entrees; it's only 25% off for sushi. Gee, I guess he forgot what I told him earlier. But wait, there's more. He says I can't get happy hour prices for beer because I'm already receiving another "discount." I say, forget this place!
