The Coronado Boathouse was built in 1887, a year before and by the same architects as the neighboring Hotel Del Coronado. Mirroring the hotel in elegance and style, the red and white Victorian landmark juts out onto a pier in Glorietta Bay Marina. The two-story restaurant inside is seeped in tradition, offering a wide selection of prime steak and seafood. Generous windows and porch seating offer guests views of the Marina while they dine on decadent Macadamia Crusted Halibut or Hand-carved Prime Rib of Beef. Whether staying in Coronado or taking a water taxi from Downtown, the Coronado Boathouse offers excellent cuisine in a historical landmark.
