Title: | My Comment from yesterday's lunch |
My husband and I (seniors) ate at the Cheesecake factory at Otay Ranch Mall in Chula Vista, Ca and ordered one entree of the Classic Hamburger. My husband asked for it to be well done (because of the ecolli scares. When he bit into his half, it was quite pink, so he asked our server to please have his side cooked a bit more. I kept my half since I like a bit of pink. So he sent his half back to the kitchen along with his french fries, tomato and lettuce. Well, when it came back, they brought back a new half hamburg, but no french fries, or lettuce or tomato. Not wanting to complain any more since there were a lot of customers and our waiter was very busy (a very nice young man Peter) my husband ate the returned hamburg, but was very upset that it came back without any consideration of presentation or taste. I just felt that I should tell you this, so that you could pass on, that even when something is redone, it should still be returned as tasty and presentable as the first plate.
