Title: | Exceptional Braziilian BBQ |
This restaurant serves Churrascaria, which is a procession of cooked meats (beef, lamb, pork,sausage, chicken) served by waiters in native costume. You indicate your interest by placing a stoplight colored wooden dowel on the table, and the aformentioned meats are slices tableside. The menu also includes a salad bar and a side dish counter, where many items traditional to brazilian cuisine, such as rice, black bean stew (fejioada), plantains, greens, and even seafood. All in all a huge selection to choose from; I advise to not load up on the salad bar prior to the meat parade coming your way. Service was professional yet unobtrusive; this is after all, a buffet to a great extent. Large selection of beer, wine, and soem exotic brazilian bar creations.

I had a blast at Rei do Gado. I thought it was a brilliant idea to do the go-around with the meats. The food is delicious and the ambiance is just fun!
