the crispy spinach at China Grill in New York--the flash fried spinach was pure flavor!

Tell us about your most memorable dining experience in under 50 words:

Thanksgiving-in-July(an invented holiday): a potluck embraced and eschewed tradition with sweet potato casserole and wasabi mashed potatoes; homemade buns and store-bought cranberry sauce. Some thought the crowning achievement the Turducken; I relished the transformation of a meal into a celebration
